A semi-early variety with yellow skin and flesh, loved for its excellent flavour and its large, even tubers with an elongated oval shape. A very productive potato, suited to many dishes, boiled and steamed among them.

This potato holds together when cooked but softens slightly, striking a perfect balance between firmness and creaminess. It is especially good for gnocchi, creamy soups and broths, and works well as a versatile side dish too.
